Artemis Hair Studio may accept returns for exchanges or store credit seven days within the date of receipt of an order if the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase. The following guidelines must be met:
All garments must be in their original factory condition.( No exceptions) Any garment that has been cut, colored, or altered in any way will NOT be exchanged and will be returned to the buyer. The garment may be tried on but cannot be worn for an extended period of time. Garments that indicate any sign of wear can NOT be exchanged or returned voiding the seven day return policy. It includes, but is not restricted to, brushed, stained, ripped, smell (perfume, cigarette etc.) or placed through heat.
ALL ITEMS FOR RETURN:
The Artemis Hair Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form must be included with the item being returned to be eligible for an exchange. Please contact Artemis for the RMA.
Please make sure to include all original tags and box when mailing back a garment. It’s not necessary to call us before shipping the return for an exchange item when including the form and it is shipped within the seven day Return policy.
Hair care products including adhesives, brushes, shampoos and conditioners may not be returned.
Garments returned after seven days are considered late and are NOT eligible for exchanges or store credit, they will be returned to the buyer.
Artemis Hair Studio limits exchanges to one per customer.
The client will be responsible for the cost of any return shipping. Please insure the package for the invoice price amount and retain the receipt. Allow us 30 days to receive AND process your return. Please send all Return Packages with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form to:
